KJM provides a coordinated set of services that support the safety, dignity, and well‑being of older adults and individuals with disabilities. Many of the supports offered through our Consulting Program mirror those provided under Guardianship; however, Guardianship Services are court‑appointed, legally protected, and carry decision‑making authority, while Consulting Services are voluntary and advisory in nature.

Preventive care coordination, chronic disease management, medication oversight, and dementia‑related support.

Guidance on legal documents, benefits navigation, budgeting, and elder rights advocacy.
Safety, Mobility, & Daily Functioning
Home safety planning, nutrition monitoring, transportation coordination, and mobility support.
Emotional Support & Family Communication
Family meetings, conflict resolution, caregiver support, and end‑of‑life planning.
Staffing, Training, & Oversight
Caregiver hiring support, training, and ongoing quality monitoring.
